This is a counted cross stitch pattern of a tree trunk which measures 201 x 147 stitches on 14 count fabric. The finished design measures 36 x 26cm (14.3 x 10.4").
This tree pattern is stitched using DMC threads in shades of green, yellow, copper, brown and black and includes two metallic effect threads to add another dimension to the finished piece.
The counted cross stitch pattern will be delivered free as a PDF via email - normally within 24 hours of purchasing and will include the coloured image above, a full pattern and a list of thread colours and lengths required. I will send this to the email address associated with your PayPal account unless you specifically ask me to send it to another - just include a message with your PayPal payment.

Terms
Postage
Upon receipt of payment your purchase will be carefully packaged and dispatched within 2 working days via Royal Mail first class post (delivery estimated at 1-2 working days), and Airmail for international orders (delivery estimated at 3-7 working days) but please take into account any public holidays or strike action which could cause delay.
Please note that the above postage estimates are provided by the Royal Mail and international mail has been known to take longer - if your item is delayed in customs for example, delivery could take up to 6 weeks in rare circumstances.
The buyer is responsible for any customs fees applicable to their purchase.
I re-use jiffy bags when possible to help the environment and I encourage you to open parcels carefully so that you can do the same!
All of my parcels are insured, but generally not tracked. If you require your parcel to be tracked please get in touch before purchasing to discuss costs.
Refunds
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, customers in the UK who make purchases online are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period. With the exception of earrings (which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons) I am happy to offer a full refund of any purchases under the following terms:
* The customer makes contact within 7 days of receipt
* Items are unworn
* Items are returned in the same condition as when they were purchased
* Buyer pays for postage and packaging costs (I recommend obtaining proof of postage for purchases under £46 and using a recorded delivery service for more valuable purchases).
If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason please get in touch straightaway and I will do what I can to rectify :-)
